20/03/2020: Whilst it’s business as usual at Revilo, nothing is usual, or at least we’re having to adapt to a new normal. This means that we are continually evaluating our response to the COVID-19 situation but we remain available to all our clients.


At Revilo Homes and Mortgages, we always put the protection of our customers and staff first.


Therefore in light of the Covid-19 virus being widely spread we have taken the following safety precautions below for anyone viewing a property with us and for the Vendors property.


Our hearts go out to all that are infected by this unprecedented event and give thanks for the Healthcare workers and everyone trying to care for the infected.


Actions we have taken at Revilo Homes & Mortgages:


  • Twice Weekly deep cleans of the office premises.We are disinfecting all surfaces including door handles, desks and keyboards on a regular basis.
  • We are asking all visitors to use the hand sanitiser provided.Any member of our team feeling unwell will be asked to follow the government guidelines and self-isolate.
  • We will be asking all people viewing a property to use a hand sanitiser before entering a property and upon leaving.
  • Gloves will be worn by Revilo staff to open doors in the property to minimise the risk of spread and these will be changed for each property we visit.
  • We want to ensure you have the peace of mind and reassurance that we are taking this seriously and the protection of our clients is paramount.


We already have a number of colleagues, where possible working from home and are able to deploy the necessary infrastructure, should we need too, for the rest of colleagues to work remotely, whilst still providing the service levels you have come to expect of us.


Should things change further, our phone lines and emails will all be accessible, and we will continue to respond as ‘normal’ and to the best of our ability.
