As our name suggests, Revilo offer homes, not houses. Our properties are places where our clients can walk through the door and instantly feel at home, such is the quality of the provision we offer.

 

Having said that, providing a visually and practically attractive property isn’t where our offer ends. The team at Revilo pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service in our role as our clients’ landlord. Maintenance is upheld regularly, queries are dealt with efficiently, and repairs are carried out swiftly as well as to the highest standards and levels of compliance.

Our online chat function at Revilo Homes™ is not only one of many sources of reassurance for our existing clients who rent homes from us, but a fantastic source of convenience for any potential clients looking for their next rental opportunity. At Revilo, we spotted a worrying trend in the Estate Agency market that showed customers waiting hours – if not days – for their queries to be answered, viewings to be booked, or contracts to be acknowledged. In addition, it didn’t make sense to us that traditional Estate Agencies were closing their doors for business at 5pm on weekdays and generally operating on reduced hours on the weekends.

We wanted to be different, and to be accessible to our clients at the most convenient points in their day. If something doesn’t work for our clients, then it doesn’t work for us, so get online to Revilo and enjoy the convenience.

Monitoring levels of customer care…

 

Through our 7 days a week online chat facility! From 7am until 11pm every day of the week, a member of our in-house Revilo team will be at the end of the chat to help existing and potential clients alike with their questions. None of this is outsourced, and all chats are dealt with by staff who live and breathe Revilo, and who are ‘at home’ in our office. In the interests of efficiency, all team members manning our chat function have the authority to carry out any actions that may be required. Lee himself even takes his regular place on the rota, so you may be treated to a conversation with Mr Revilo himself!
