he Revilo Group is proud to introduce to local teenagers to the team as they kick start their dream careers.
Alanya Paul (18) and Dylan Benfold (16) have both been handed apprenticeships as we continue to recruit local talent.
The promising duo join the company as Junior Apprentice Client Advisors working under the Revilo Homes, Revilo Mortgages and Revilo Life divisions of the group, based here at our state of the art offices on Bridgefold Road.
Chief Executive Lee Collins had this to say:
“One of the great privileges in business is creating opportunities for local young people and watching them grow into valuable members of the team.
“They will learn about our various group companies, from property through to insurance and mortgages, whilst aiding our client service teams to ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently.”
A former student at Hopwood Hall College, Alanya passed her Health & Social Care Level 3 with flying colours and is now combining the apprenticeship with her studies at Wardle Academy.
Dylan, educated at St Cuthbert’s R.C High School, has impressed Revilo with a keen entrepreneurial spirit since arriving via Rochdale Training’s apprentice scheme.
“Our biggest investment will invariably be in our people,”
“We are proud of our roots and we are constantly on the look-out for young, local people that want to progress with the company.
“Drive and determination are traits that we look for, however a passion for customer service is absolutely critical in our recruitment strategy.
“Our focus on sourcing the best local talent is how we will grow the business over the coming years.”
